LaunchReady.ai was born out of frustration — not just from job seekers, but from the people doing the hiring.
We've reviewed thousands of resumes at startups and scale-ups. We've watched brilliant candidates get filtered out by ATS systems before a human ever saw their profile. We've seen confident people freeze in interviews because no one ever gave them real, honest feedback.
Every prep tool we tried felt the same — generic checklists, recycled tips, zero personalization. None of it adapted to the person using it.

Naveen Kumar D
Naveen has spent over a decade at the intersection of talent and technology — building hiring engines for startups and scale-ups across India, the UAE, and Southeast Asia. Along the way, he watched too many capable people lose opportunities not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked the playbook.
He founded Talent Velocity Consulting to fix that — and launched LaunchReady.ai to put the same playbook his consultants use into the hands of every candidate, anywhere, at a fraction of the cost.
