LaunchReady.ai is a product of Talent Velocity Consulting ("we", "us", or "our"). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LaunchReady.ai subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Razorpay. To request a refund:

• Email us at support@launchready.ai with your order ID and registered email address. We will initiate the refund through Razorpay within 2 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy, including repeated refund requests from the same account, or if the request is made beyond the 30-day window.
