1. Agreement to terms

LaunchReady.ai is a product of Talent Velocity Consulting ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaunchReady.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LaunchReady.ai is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides resume analysis, mock interviews, multiple-choice tests, self-introduction coaching, company research, and related career tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are a minor.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
• Uploading or generating content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate speech or discrimination.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or availability of the Service, including malware distribution, probing, or scraping.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
• Circumventing usage limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.

5. AI-generated content

LaunchReady.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, suggestions, and other outputs. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice. You must verify the accuracy of outputs before using them in any professional context. We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content generated through the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Talent Velocity Consulting retains all ownership rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you upload or create on the platform, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display such content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Payment and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment partner. Talent Velocity Consulting is the Merchant of Record for all transactions on LaunchReady.ai. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription plans grant access for a specified duration. We do not automatically renew subscriptions; you must purchase a new plan when your current plan expires if you wish to continue. Plans may be stacked: purchasing a new plan while an existing plan is active will extend your access by adding the new duration on top of any remaining time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Velocity Consulting's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talent Velocity Consulting and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have: (a) materially breached these Terms; (b) engaged in fraud, security violations, or other harmful activity; (c) failed to make required payments; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violated our acceptable use policies. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
